Rental Conditions
- Valid Driver's License
- Minimum Age 21 (25 for some cars)
- Valid Credit Card Under the Name of the Primary Driver
- Security Deposit on the Credit Card
- All Drivers MUST be added to the agreement
- If you don't have insurance, we provide it.
Restrictions

No Subleasing or Unauthorized Transfers

The rental vehicle or boat cannot be subleased, transferred, or loaned to any other party.

The registered renter is the sole responsible party for the vehicle/boat during the rental period.

No Commercial Use

The rental cannot be used for any commercial purposes, including but not limited to:

Rideshare Services (Uber, Lyft, etc.)

Chauffeur or Private Driver Services

Delivery Services (DoorDash, Instacart, etc.)

Taxis or Paid Passenger Transport

Mileage Limit & Additional Fees

Each rental includes a 100-mile daily limit.

Any mileage exceeding this limit will be charged per additional mile.

Additional Drivers

Every driver who will operate the vehicle/boat must be listed on the rental agreement and added to the insurance policy.

Unauthorized drivers are strictly prohibited from operating the rental.

Compliance with Local Laws

Renters must follow all local, state, and federal traffic laws and boating regulations.
-
Any violation or illegal activity while operating the rental will result in immediate termination of the rental agreement and possible additional fees.

Fuel & Return Condition

Vehicles/boats must be returned in the same fuel condition as provided.
-
A cleaning fee may apply if excessive dirt, sand, or mess is found upon return.
